Fit and care
Which size should I take?
Measure your longest foot in centimetres at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest, and take the size on the chart that matches. Between two sizes, take the larger one: a barefoot shoe should never press on your toes. Our size and care guide shows how to measure at home, with a chart for every model.
These feel different from my usual shoes
They should. A wide toe box, a level footbed and a thin sole ask your feet to do work a cushioned shoe does for them. Most feet adapt in 2 to 4 weeks. Start with an hour or two a day and build up.
Can I wear them with insoles?
You can, and some people do while they are adjusting. Bear in mind that an arch support does the work the shoe is trying to give back to your foot, so if you can, ease off them over time.
How do I clean them?
By hand with lukewarm water and a soft brush, then air dry away from a radiator. Do not tumble dry: heat is what loosens a sole. The full routine is in our size and care guide.
Ordering, shipping and tracking
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave us within 1 to 2 days. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after that, and shipping is free on every order.
My tracking has not moved
A carrier usually takes 24 to 48 hours to scan a parcel after we hand it over. Until that first scan there is nothing to show, and it does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email us as soon as you can. As long as your order has not entered the shipping process, which is usually within the first 24 hours, we can change or cancel it. Once it is with the carrier we will help you reroute it or arrange a return.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we focus on serving customers in the United States, so everything on this site ships to the United States.
