How long does the delivery take?
The time span for deliveries results from two time periods:

1) PROCESSING TIME (1-2 DAYS):

Order confirmation, customisation, quality check, packing.

This is checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order is placed. Production is commissioned once the order has been approved in our system. For personalised processed products, it takes about 1-2 days for product manufacturing, quality assurance and packaging.

2) DELIVERY TIME

The duration from our international shipping centre to the place of delivery:

United States 5-10 working days
to get delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays.
