Measure your longest foot at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Order one size up if you wear thicker socks or your own orthotic insole.
The toe box is wider than a conventional shoe by design, so wide feet and feet that swell during the day usually fit without going up a size.

These are barefoot shoes, so they have no arch support, and that is deliberate. A supportive shoe holds the arch in one position. A barefoot shoe leaves the foot free so the muscles that carry your arch do that work themselves.
If you have worn cushioned or supportive shoes for years, expect the first days to feel different. Start with an hour or two at a time on flat ground and build up over two to three weeks. Some tightness in the calves or the arch early on is those muscles waking up.

Our barefoot shoes come with a thin, removable insole. Insoles can help you transition from standard shoes to minimalist ones, as changing too quickly can cause issues.
They also provide extra cushioning and moisture protection. Many customers start with the included insole and later remove it as they adjust. We also offer additional, thicker insoles in our store if needed.
The term "barefoot shoe" refers to the shoe's wide shape and flexible material that mimics barefoot walking. Whether you wear socks is a personal preference, but most of our customers do wear socks with their barefoot shoes.
If you're between sizes and have wider feet, we recommend choosing the larger size. All purchases are covered by our 30-day return policy, counted from your delivery date, if the fit isn't right.
While walking truly barefoot has benefits, it's not always safe or comfortable, especially in wet weather or on rough surfaces.
